bobbie is lovely and such a sweetheart 🩷 she’s really nice to speak to and always provides such a warm and welcoming service. she makes me feel comfortable during my sessions, and i’ve had such a lovely experience every time. i’ll continue going back for sure! ☺️

Over the moon with the results so far,I started Hyper plasma treatment 4 weeks ago, due to suffering with rosacea,I noticed a big improvement straight away, my skin glowed and the inflammation settled down within days,before treatment I was having flair ups everyday (burning red face) since having hyper plasma iv only had one flair up,I was very nervous at my first appointment, I was ashamed and embarrassed about my face but Bobbie soon put me at ease,she talked about her own skin problems, so she understood how I felt,she is a genuinely nice person who knows her stuff,thank you Bobbie I really do appreciate it!

Bobbie has completely transformed my skin. I’ve seen such a huge improvement not only in my skin itself, but my confidence too.

She is so knowledgeable and has helped me understand so much more about my body from the products I am using, to my skin barrier and even my gut health. If there’s ever something she doesn’t know straight away, she’ll take the time to research it properly and come back with a clear, informed answer which shows how dedicated she is to getting it right.

She is so personally invested in your journey. She regularly checks in, sends messages to ask for updates and genuinely cares about your progress. That level of support builds so much trust and makes you feel like you’re not doing it alone which is so important when you’re when you struggle with skin problems.

My only regret is not finding her sooner. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done🫶🏽

If I could vote higher than 5 stars I would ! Bobbie has been absolutely amazing, I was very hesitant at first to even think about trying a Plasma Pen as I have tried multiple both prescribed and non prescribed medications/creams and nothing seemed to work since childhood.

During my initial consultation with Bobbie, she explained everything step by step and answered every single one of my queries with confidence and professionalism, she even remembered the fact that I’d mentioned I had memory issues due to my ADHD and went out of her way to further explain everything in writing including routines and the “Do’s and Dont’s” to help best to manage my previous severe acne outbursts alongside this treatment.

This treatment has helped massively and the step by step explanations provided by Bobbie has helped me maintain a routine without to help boost the progression of the treatment without overanalysing/procrastinating it all.

I would 100% recommend Bobbie to anyone, even more so, if you struggle with acne and have ADHD and Anxiety… absolutely brilliant !!!

She doesn’t just care about the money, she actually takes the time to check in to see the progress and cares about her clients, I will definitely be coming back !
